Conditions for admission to participate in the PAF
Registration and Tickets
a. Registration is open exclusively to individuals aged 18+.
In special cases, applications from participants aged 16+ will be considered, provided they meet the requirements outlined in the "Underage Participants" section available [here] [click].
b. To be listed as a participant, a ticket must be purchased.
c. Registration fees:
First Ticket Batch: 330 PLN [300 spots, 100 per faction]
Second Ticket Batch: 360 PLN [300 spots, 100 per faction]
Third Ticket Batch: 390 PLN
d. If a registered participant withdraws from the event, the fee will not be refunded (if withdrawal occurs within 14 days or less before the event).
e. The organizer reserves the right to deny participation to any applicant without providing a reason.
f. An updated list of registered participants will be published on the event’s Facebook page (only the following details will be made public: nickname, team, and confirmation of payment).
g. Changing the details on a ticket incurs a fee of 20 PLN. Changes must be made at least 3 days before the event starts.
h. Any changes to the participant list must be reported via the "Change Form," available on the event’s website.
RESALE OF TICKETS AT A HIGHER PRICE THAN THE ORIGINAL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
General Rules
Participants must arrive at the location and time specified in the event program.
Every airsoft replica used in the game must have a power rating approved by the organizer, as defined in the chronograph rules.
Participation will be documented by issuing a numbered wristband during registration, which must be worn throughout the event and shown upon request by the Organizer or Referees.
Legal Compliance
II. All laws of the Republic of Poland, especially those concerning the protection of scenic areas and the use of open fire in protected zones, apply on and around the PAF grounds.
III. On land belonging to the State Forest Management (Lasy Państwowe), the Forest Act of September 28, 1991, with subsequent amendments (Chapter 5, Articles 26–31), is applicable. More details can be found at http://bip.lp.gov.pl/pl/bip/prawo_i_organizacja.
IV. Any promotion of totalitarian ideologies through symbols, gestures, or actions resembling Nazi or totalitarian ideologies is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the festival.
Participant Responsibilities
V. Every participant is obligated to strictly follow the regulations and the instructions of the Organizer and security personnel. Participation in the festival is at the participant’s own risk.
The terrain is challenging, and gameplay occurs during nighttime hours.
Participants unfamiliar with the terrain must review it thoroughly before the event to avoid injuries.
VI. Failure to comply with the rules will result in a complete loss of the right to participate in the event and voluntary or forced removal from the premises.
VII. Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt participants from compliance or legal responsibility in the event of a violation.
