Rules for enrolling minors in PAF2025
Participation of Minors (Aged 16-17) in Polish Airsoft Festival 2025
Minors who are at least 16 years old by the event's start date (July 3, 2025) and are actively involved in the airsoft community may participate in the festival under the following conditions:
Requirements for Participation
Proof of Age
A valid identification document (ID card, school ID, passport, etc.) must be presented to confirm the participant is 16 years or older.
Active Airsoft Involvement
The minor’s active participation in the airsoft community and their responsible behavior must be confirmed by a statement from the designated Festival Guardian.
Parental/Guardian Consent
A written consent form signed by both parents/legal guardians must be submitted. The form should:
Express approval for the minor’s participation in the event.
Appoint an adult Festival Guardian, who is also a registered participant in the event and has agreed to supervise the minor.
Include the Festival Guardian's written agreement and signature.
Note: Each Festival Guardian may supervise only one minor.
Accompaniment During Registration
The minor must attend registration alongside their Festival Guardian and provide the signed consent form.
Shared Responsibility for Penalties
Any penalties incurred by the minor will automatically apply to the Festival Guardian designated by the parents/legal guardians.
Acceptance of Rules
The minor must read and accept all regulations and rules provided by the organizer by signing the registration form.
Registration Fee
The agreed-upon registration fee must be paid to the organizer’s designated bank account. Any changes to the fee will be communicated promptly to all concerned parties.
Event Attendance
The minor must arrive at the specified time and location outlined in the event program.
Registration at Event Headquarters
At the event headquarters, the minor must:
Confirm their identity and age with a valid identification document.
Sign a declaration.
Sign the participant card.
Accept and sign the Festival Rules and the Scenario Regulations.
Parental Consent Form

Having reviewed the festival regulations, we hereby consent to allow our son/daughter to participate in the Polish Airsoft Festival, held from July 3–6, 2025, in Szaniec.
We acknowledge that the event involves airsoft gameplay, which includes participants firing plastic BBs (6mm or 8mm in diameter, up to 0.6g in weight) using airsoft replicas propelled by compressed air or gas, reaching velocities up to 200 m/s and distances of up to 100 meters.
We understand the risks associated with airsoft, including bruises, abrasions, fractures, or—in extreme cases—loss of eyesight or other permanent injuries. Furthermore, we are aware that vehicles participating in the event increase the likelihood of accidents.
By signing this consent, we accept these risks and agree that we will not seek compensation or legal recourse against the Organizer in case of an accident involving our child.
